1月9日 1 Million Dollars for Every Dead IraqiNo, REALLY.
The U.S. has spent 1 MILLION DOLLARS for every dead Iraqi. (at estimated 500,000 Dead). Wrap your head around THAT number if you can. 500 Billion dollars wasted. President Bush has squandered a MILLION Dollars for every single Iraqi we have killed.
And hey- if you don't like the 500,000 number- then cut it in Half to 250,000- OKay- NOW We have spent $2 Million for EVERY DEAD Iraqi.
Universal Healthcare for Americans, anyone? Not Anymore. More federal funding for police, Natural disaster relief, pollution clean up, and incentives for college, crime prevention, and small businesses.
How about 100 Billion towards alternative fuel sources? We can build space stations but can't find a way to run a car off a battery? Use of Electric Cars in the United States WOULD CRUSH The Middle East. If oil were to become obsolete, then we would no longer need to vie for control of Arab nations. Neocons wouldn't have any justification to play soldier in the sands of the Middle East. Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran, Libya, etc= would become penniless and toothless.
But - piss it all away. Piss away these pipedreams, because that money is GONE. Every bit of surplus we had at the end of Clinton's term has been wasted, stolen, and given away in this idiotic adventure in Iraq. THe dollar is going, going, almost gone and we are in debt like no other time in history. With OUR help selling ourselves to China and Wal-Mart, we have given away our superpower status. With Big Business' help, we have crushed the middle class closer and closer into non existence.
But, WAIT- Before this shellshocked shellgame President pisses away EVEN MORE= The Democratic Congress has a few members chomping at the bit to SAVE THE COUNTRY:
